The River Oaks Country Club
Five full days of action-packed competition; eight of the best players who have ever played the game; the Stanford Cup brings this spectacular tennis event to the world-class River Oaks Country Club. John McEnroe, Jim Courier, Goran Ivanisevic, Wayne Ferreira, Jimmy Arias, Pat Cash, Anders Jarryd and Magnus Larsson will kick off the battle on Wednesday evening. Day and night sessions will run through Saturday to narrow the field for a Sunday shootout that will determine the winner of the Stanford Cup.
The River Oaks Country Club is the perfect venue for this legendary battle. This stunning setting is long established as a home for world-class tennis in Houston while the beautiful stadium facilities encourage the kind of intimate access that sets InsideOut Sports & Entertainment events apart.
The players competing for the inaugural Stanford Cup are among the best to have ever played the game. We have two former world #1s including John McEnroe who is a 7-time Grand Slam Champion and Jim Courier who captured four Grand Slam titles. Also competing are former Wimbledon Champion Pat Cash, former world #2 Goran Ivanisevic and Swedish Davis Cup winner Anders Jarryd. Be sure to purchase your tickets or tune into Fox Sports, see TV Schedule for date and times.
